Register Your Qualtec and Byte Brothers Products
Byte Brothers provides you with FREE product registration.  This allows us to provide product warranty support and be your back-up should you lose or misplace your keys.  Should you need a replacement key, call our Customer Service department at 800-999-2983 (USA & Canada), or 425-917-8380. 
REPLACEMENT KEYS
There is a charge for replacement keys plus shipping fees.  
Remember to put one of your keys in a safe place.

2. Your Product Information

To easily register large installations of Qualtec/Byte Brothers products, you can copy and paste a complete listing of products installed at your facility.  We recommend you develop an asset management list and include the following information in your listing:

• Asset or Control Number
• Description of Computer/Equipment Installed On
• Person or Department Equipment is Assigned To
• Qualtec/Byte Brothers Product Model Number
• Purchase Date
• Where Purchased
• Purchase Price
• Date Installed
• Product Key Code
Replacement keys can be ordered if the key code (stamped on the metal face of the key) is registered.

3. Security Identifier
Byte Brothers will use this Security Identifier to assure that replacement keys don't fall into the wrong hands.  When ordering replacement keys or processing warranty claims, this identifier will be required by Byte Brothers Customer Service for security verification.

We strongly recommend that you specify a hint that Byte Brothers, Inc. can provide you in case you lose or forget your chosen identifier.  The hint should be a word or statement that will help you remember your security identifier.
